"I was looking for insurance, thought progressive was it, when I called back at te beginning of the next month they went up 100 $. So I called state farm. They gave me even more of a discount. They accepted me after a year of a quote. Then I needed a SR22 after of an accident before I got insurance. I went in right away and they signed me up with no problems and sent the paperwork to DMV. I thank heavens for their help, and patience. I am appreciative of this company. Ty Alisha"

"I was recently finishing a home purchase and needed to buy a homeowner's insurance policy. In my studies I found that Alisha was a local State Farm agent. When I reached out, I was able to readily get on the phone with her. "This is a bad insurance agent. There is a lack of customer service and customer respect. Alisha is not responsive, does not return emails or phone calls without being prodded, and is full of excuses. Customers are certainly NOT her priority. If you want a dedicated agent, who is interested in servicing you, DO NOT choose Alisha."
